Windsurfing Festival 2009 at Schönberger Strand, Germany

A lot of windsurfers will meet from the 8th until the 16th of August at Schönberger Strand in Kiel, Germany for the Windsurfing Festival 2009.

The European Championship 2009 and the German Windsurf Cup are part of the big „Windsurfing
Festival Kiel/Schönberger Strand“. This will give everybody the chance to check out the venue and get used to the conditions. The German Windsurf Cup is a three discipline series, which includes Racing, Slalom and Wave-Freestyle.

In addition to the windsurf competitions, a huge supporting programme will entertain all visitors. One highlight will be the Testival of the Surf-Expo with the major manufactures from the windsurf industry. Furthermore several funsport activities such as Speedmintonand Quattro-Highjump invite everyone to have fun. Refreshments will also be served. Different live bands and DJs will provide entertainment and create a nice atmosphere.
