Summer Feast 2010: Camping Vacation At Snowdome In Bispingen
It's summer, the temperatures are rising and all of the snowboarders and free skiers still have the opportunity to rock their sports in an icy snow hall. That's why many of them are heading to the Snowdome in Bispingen, Germany for the Summer Feast 2010.
With the motto "quality not quantity", the Snowdome in Bispingen is calling all snow fans who wish the summer was just a bit whiter. The last icicles of winter may have melted, but Bispingen still gives one last option to those freestylers that just can't get enough.
A week-long camping vacation - complete with snow - is now possible as the Snowdome sets up the tents for tons of shredding fun.
The days will start with a breakfast, followed by daily riding sessions at 11AM from Monday to Thursday and 9AM from Friday on. The sessions will be accompanied by photo and filmshootings as well as the Burton and Nitro ski and snowboard testcenter.
The Highest Olli Contest will provide contestants with the opportunity to show their skills on Tuesday. On Wednesday evening, the fun will move to an intimate barbecue dinner in the beer garden, which will include a mini ramp skateboard session.
The snowpark will be reshaped and registration for the freeski and snowboard contests will start at 5 p.m. The event will be held on Saturday, June 31, and great prizes like Santa Cruz Snowboards, Atomic freeskies, Booster back supporters, Sölden ski passes and tickets for the Area 47 will be on the line.
The finalists and winners will be celebrated adequately at the Boarder Party at the Dorfwirt and all together you can toast a week full of personal and joint highlights!
