Horsefeathers Pleasure Jam in Schladming

On a major event like the Horsefeahters Pleasure Jam, which is a TTR 4 Star-contest, for the first time this year, you can expect some of the biggest names in snowboarding among the competitors.

As a TTR 4 Star-Event for the first time this year, the contest lures the elite of international snowboardpros to the Atomic Superpark, located on the Dachstein-glacier, region Schladming-Dachstein in Ski amadé. Here a list of the invited Riders:

Sani Alibabic, Eero Ettala, Stefan Gimpl, Marco Grilic, Torstein Horgmo, Markus Keller, Peter König, Janne Korpi, Markku Koski, Chris Kröll, Rudi Kröll, Risto Mattila, Stephan Maurer, Hampus Mosesson, Wolle Nyvelt, Pettu Piiroinen, Gig Rüf, Sami Saarenpää, Christophe Schmidt, Stian Solberg, Chris Sörman, Ville Uotila, Tadej Valentan, Honza Zajic, Cherryl Maas, Silli Mittermüller, Vera Janssen.

These invited pros fight against the 15 top riders of the qualification for the 20.000 USD of prize money, as well as some special awards, like a 3-week-surftrip to the legendary Balicamp. Parkdesigner Bernd Mandlberger and his crew will enlarge the great setup with as many small and medium elements as possible. This should also give the freshmen a chance to have a funny day in the park without any injuries. Look forward to ride with international snowboard professionals and enjoy the beginning of the new winter season.

Big Park mini shred Contest of the Kaunertal Opening

On Saturday 30 freeskiers and 30 snowboarders composed of pro’s, rookies and „Lucky Chicks & Bastards“ took part at the competition of the 23rd Kaunertal Opening – it was a long and exciting day.

Season’s first Big Air in London

After all other disciplines already kicked off their 2009 Snowboard FIS World Cup season, it’s now time to stage the first Big Air. The opening of the ramp cracks is a highlight of this winter.
