Atomic Superpark Dachstein Opening Weekend
the creme de la creme of snowboarding met at the Atomic Superpark Dachstein in Austria on Saturday for the park's official opening.
At the 2009 opening, The Atomic Superpark Dachstein presented itself with powder snow and cold temperatures. These conditions made the park shredding possible only for a short time. Snowboarders and the community were able to get the first impressions of the new set-up built by Bernd Mandlberger. For what we all have to take our hat off (once again).
Insider recognized that the Beginner Park was enlarged with two Boxes and the opportunity to watch some futuristic Trick-Combos at the new Transfer-Gap-Snow Funbox. Because of the good snow conditions as well this year the highlight of the park, the corner, enjoyed lots of attention and is bigger than ever! With these extra-class elements, the Atomic Superpark Dachstein again will be a star within all the other summer-snowparks this year.

Kelly Clark crowned the TTR World Tour Champion 2008/2009
Kelly Clark was able to bump herself up to World No.1 with a 21st place finish at the Roxy Chicken Jam Slopestyle. After some intense wind yesterday that put the contest on hold, the weather cleared and it was a perfect sunny day for the Slopestyle competition.
