Top X-Games pros battle at Action Sports World Tour

The X-Games crowned vert skaters, bmxers and fmxer coming together in Minneapolis to bring you a world class performance of action sports.

The Action Sports World Tour is the only global professional multi-sport competition series of its kind. Featuring the best in skateboarding, BMX, rollerblading and FMX, the tour brings the all-stars of action sports togerhter.

The following action packed events are scheduled for Minneapolis:

Big air: riders compete on a 170-foot long wooden course flaying over two 25 foot long jumps and finishing on a 20 foot tall half pipe. This discipline combines both dirt jumping skills and mini-ramp prowess into one action-packed event.

Skateboard vert: skaters perform high-flying tricks across the 14-foot tall and 60-foot wide vert ramp. Skaters typically fly 15-plus feet over the top of the ramp while executing various twist, flips and board variations.

FMX: Freestyle Motocross riders will put on a gravity-defying performance of tricks while flying ramp-to-ramp over a 75-foot gap.

Live Concert: The Vancouver, Canada trio, Theory of a Deadman, will keep the crowd pumped up with an intense set of signature rock songs including hits, ´Nothing Can Come Between Us` and `Make Up Your Mind`.
