600km Adventure Race Through Chilean Patagonia
February 2010 will see the eighth edition of the Wenger Patagonian Expedition Race in Chilean Patagonia.
The race will start by crossing the mythical Tierra Del Fuego, from the infinite steppes to the sub-Antarctic woods. Then racers will search for a new way to cross the amazing white barrier of the Cordillera Darwin.
But, it won't stop there. Racers will go farther south to a latitude never before reached in an adventure race. Crossing the legendary Beagle Channel and penetrating the archipelago's area which was once occupied by the aboriginal tribe at the bottom of the world, the Yaganes.
It will be ten days of adventure and exploration through an odyssey of more than 600km across a magic and wild territory. This will be a challenging and unforgettable adventure.
